Unlike the recent whirlwind engagement trend (we see you, Nick and Priyanka), The Bachelorette's JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are taking it nice and slow. The couple, who got engaged during the final episode of The Bachelorette's 12th season, are just starting to nail down the details of their big day. Though they haven't yet decided on an exact date, they do know when and where they want to tie the knot.

“I would have liked to have a wedding in the fall, but Jordan's work doesn't really allow for that… because he does football, football's in the fall season,” Fletcher, 27, said in an interview with Us Weekly in Beverly Hills on Monday, July 23. “So we're probably gonna have it in the beginning of some sort of year. We like it outdoors, we like a lot of greenery, so we have that nailed down. Just not the date.”

Last month, the publication spoke to the bride-to-be about her wedding planning process. “We're really happy and enjoying our engagement and our life has been - and continues to get I feel like - so much busier and crazy,” she explained, “and there's just gonna be that moment where we look at each other and we're like, 'OK. Let's take a pause. Let's do this, it's time.'”

The two have also revealed in the past that a televised wedding is pretty unlikely. "That's something everyone always asks us," Rodgers previously told The Hollywood Reporter. "That's something we would have to discuss together, but very honestly, my first reaction would be that I would probably rather not."

While the couple have been taking it slow on the wedding planning front, it's likely that they'll start a family not long after they say their "I dos." The former real estate agent has already said that she “is getting baby fever.”
