Pop the champagne! Irish model Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews tied the knot this weekend in an intimate ceremony at the Glen Affric estate in Scotland. Though the affair was small, the couple had some pretty recognizable names in attendance. James Matthews, Pippa Middleton's husband and the groom's brother, served as best man in the ceremony, and James Middleton, Pippa and Kate Middleton's brother, gave one of three readings during the ceremony.
The bride stunned in an off-white silk wedding dress with a V-neckline that was custom designed for her by her friend Paul Costello. The groom donned a navy blue suit made by tailor Tony Lutwyche for the occasion. Following the small ceremony, the newlyweds joined their guests for a quaint reception which featured a dinner menu full of local Scottish produce and a dusty pink, three-tier sponge wedding cake made by a local bakery that included raspberries, vanilla cream and buttercream frosting.
Spencer proposed to Vogue six months ago in January, while the two were at a show at the Lyceum Theatre in London's West End. The groom got up on stage to pop the question, after the theater's performance of The Lion King. The couple first met in 2017 during the filming of the British television series The Jump.
But tying the knot isn't the only exciting news for the couple; the two also recently revealed that they are expecting their first child together. Vogue is set to give birth in September, but the two already have a name picked out: Stanley Michael Freddie. The couple reportedly chose the name Michael in honor of Spencer's late brother, who disappeared in 1999 while hiking Mount Everest.
"The couple are keeping the reasons for choosing Stanley very close to their chests but decided pretty quickly that this was the perfect name for their first-born," a source told The Sun in a recent interview.
